• Cancellations: We appreciate reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book appointments in the future.
• Walk-ins: We welcome walk-in customers, subject to availability.

• Any appointment fee paid will be deducted from your service total.
